From toys to furniture to customised plastic parts – our Rocken partner creatively connects trade and production. As a nationally operating company, it develops and sells versatile products for a wide range of target groups. Your area of responsibility? You ensure that ideas become market-ready solutions. You work closely with production, sales, and development. Whether technical details or commercial aspects – you keep an overview and drive projects forward with personal responsibility. You coordinate orders and determine economical order quantities.
You continuously record and check order confirmations.
You keep an eye on delivery dates in day-to-day business.
You check invoices and release them for processing.
You independently handle complaints with suppliers.
You look after suppliers and support their further development.
You assist with assortment calculations and master data.
You optimise purchasing processes together with internal interfaces.
Qualifications:
A commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification forms your foundation.
Several years of experience in purchasing is required.
Further training in the purchasing field is an advantage.
You work independently, carefully, and with high reliability.
Business management thinking as well as a pronounced service orientation characterise you.
You work solution-oriented in a team and communicate confidently with various contacts.
Good ERP knowledge as well as confident handling of Microsoft Office are prerequisites.
Very good German and good English skills
