Your tasks
- Professional responsibility in the nursing process
- Regular deployment as a Registered Nurse HF at clients' locations
- Caring for and supporting physically and mentally ill people in all stages of life
- Accompanying clients in care activities
- Close collaboration within the interdisciplinary team
- Making professional decisions
You bring with you
- Registered Nurse HF
- At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in the Spitex sector
- Strong professional and social competence
- Willingness to perform on-call duty
- Good communication skills and a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness
- Ideally knowledge of the interRAI HC assessment system or willingness to acquire this knowledge
- Good IT skills
- Driving licence category B
