What is this role about?
You will advise our worldwide sales locations on all technical matters and competently support service departments through various channels – including on-site assignments. In doing so, you provide valuable feedback to development and marketing, contributing to the continuous optimisation of our products.
What tasks will you undertake?
- You will competently advise our worldwide sales locations on all technical questions regarding our entire product range.
- You will support the service departments of our sales companies via the Case Management Tool, by telephone, or directly on site.
- You will undertake short-term and exciting service assignments around the globe as needed.
- You will actively participate in the creation and updating of our product manuals.
- You will provide valuable feedback to development and marketing to continuously optimise our products.
- You will work closely with internal and external partners to efficiently solve technical challenges.
What do we expect from you?
- You have a degree as an engineer or technician in process engineering, mechanical engineering, measurement and control technology, or electrical engineering – or possess a comparable qualification.
- You have solid professional experience and field experience in industrial measurement technology, ideally in process engineering plants.
- You are proficient in German, both written and spoken, and communicate equally confidently in English.
- You work reliably, independently, and flexibly – and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
- You are enthusiastic about teamwork and actively contribute to a constructive, solution-oriented collaboration.
- You enjoy quickly grasping complex technical contexts and putting them into practice.
