The tilia Foundation for Long-Term Care is the leading provider of complex long-term care in the Bern region. At five locations, we support people from the age of 18 who require care and support. Our services include inpatient long-term residential areas, specialised departments for people with dementia and respiratory diseases, as well as neurological and bariatric long-term care, complemented by outpatient services. We work according to the standards of relationship- and palliative-care-oriented nursing.

- You ensure professional support and assistance for the residents
- Independently plan, organise, and conduct activation therapies and stimulating daily activities in group and individual settings. You orient yourself to the interests, indications, needs, and resources of our residents
- In collaboration with the in-house cultural group, you plan, organise, and implement larger events, playing a key role
- You are responsible for the design of seasonal decorations in the house
- You contribute your expertise regularly in interdisciplinary exchanges
- Completed training as a Certified Activation Specialist HF
- You are proactive, maintain an overview in the work field, work independently, and are committed to good interdisciplinary collaboration
- Interdisciplinary collaboration in a proven team
