ASE in Emergency Accommodation

Our placement agency, specialised in the medical sector, is currently seeking an ASE profile for emergency accommodation on temporary assignments at short notice.

Within a multidisciplinary team, you support adult beneficiaries in their daily lives by ensuring their well-being, safety, and health.

Your duties:

• Support beneficiaries in daily life activities by promoting their autonomy and empowerment
• Participate in welcoming, listening to, and guiding people in vulnerable situations
• Assist beneficiaries with their social, administrative, and integration procedures
• Contribute to maintaining social connections and creating a safe and caring environment
• Participate in the implementation of socio-educational activities adapted to the needs of beneficiaries
• Observe individual situations, identify needs, and relay relevant information to the multidisciplinary team
• Participate in the prevention and management of crisis situations, respecting institutional procedures
• Promote a person-centred approach, respectful of their background, resources, and dignity

Your profile:

• Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as Socio-Educational Assistant (ASE) or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in the social field, ideally with people in situations of hardship, social exclusion, addictions, mental health disorders, or in the emergency accommodation sector - Mandatory
• Strong interest in supporting vulnerable and multicultural populations
• Excellent interpersonal skills, listening ability, and empathy
• Ability to manage complex situations and maintain a suitable professional attitude
• Capacity to work in a multidisciplinary team and in a dynamic and demanding environment
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and flexibility
