The team members of the medical administration support the medical staff in all administrative matters and work closely with nursing and all other departments. The entire medical administration is under a single management, which further strengthens and simplifies interdisciplinary cooperation. Working days at 60%: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday

Here you will be involved
- in organising and coordinating the consultation activities of the various medical disciplines (internal medicine, surgery, psychiatry, adipologists and nutritional counselling) of the Obesity Centre
- in surgery planning
- in telephone operation as well as processing the email inbox of the Obesity Centre, including all KISIM mailboxes and triage processing
- in blood sampling, injections, calorimetry and BIA measurement, dressing changes and suture removal during consultations
- in appointment management (complex patient appointment organisation, doctors’ meeting planning)
- in direct patient contact during consultations and patient advice for enquiries and appointment scheduling.
- in collaborating on scientific studies (study coordination)
- in various administrative tasks
You
- have completed vocational training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ
- possess an independent working style and are an organisational talent
- enjoy administrative tasks
- are an open, motivated and flexible personality
- are a team player with high social competence
- enjoy working with people from various medical and nursing disciplines
- have KISIM experience (advantageous)
- have an efficient and precise working style and are not deterred by a high workload
