For our renowned business partner, F. Hoffmann-La Roche in Kaiseraugst, we are seeking as a first-tier supplier, with immediate effect, a motivated and committed Production Expert in Small Volumes Packaging for a fixed-term assignment of 12 months with the possibility of extension.
The production site in Kaiseraugst is responsible for the manufacture and packaging of sterile medicinal products and supplies the global market with biopharmaceutical medicinal products. As a production expert in the packaging operation, you will manage the complex equipment entrusted to you in all technical and operational matters. In your role, you will work closely with the production units in the value stream and the local interfaces. Willingness to work across departments is a matter of course. As a team player, you are open to new things, bring an agile and creative mindset, work solution-oriented, have an "open mindset" and embrace the "end to end" concept.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Proper operation of the equipment within your area of responsibility
- Support in the proper troubleshooting of highly automated equipment
- Recognise, analyse and evaluate equipment malfunctions
- Ensure and optimise equipment availability
- Work according to regulatory requirements
- Safe working in a GMP environment
- GMP-compliant documentation
- Training employees in the handling of the equipment
- Participation in continuous process and equipment optimisation
- Plan, monitor, process and coordinate the necessary measures to maintain the
- equipment condition in compliance with "Change Management"
- Independently carry out changeover work (format changes)
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- Self-organised work and living the LEAN philosophy
Must Haves
- Completed technical training
- 1-3 years of professional experience in production, ideally in the pharmaceutical or a highly regulated environment (food industry)
- Confident use of standard PC programmes (MS Office and Google)
- Fluent German in spoken and written form
- Technical understanding as well as an independent, communicative, resilient and flexible personality, enjoyment of independent work, responsibility and team player
- Forward-thinking and acting as well as strong conceptual skills
- Precise and reliable working style even under time pressure
Nice to haves
- Knowledge of SAP
- LPS (Lean Production System) knowledge
- Experience with key figures e.g. OEE
