Role:
As a Service Technician Machines and Vehicles, you are responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of modern machines and vehicles. You diagnose faults, carry out service work in the workshop as well as directly at our customers throughout Switzerland, and ensure that our machines are always ready for use.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for production, maintenance, repair, and upkeep of machines and vehicles
Diagnosis and rectification of faults as well as carrying out service work
Deployments in the workshop as well as directly at customers throughout Switzerland
Provision of new, demonstration, used, and rental machines
Carrying out repairs and technical adjustments on special and dual-mode machines
Support with technical clarifications and problem-solving
Taking on on-call duties
Qualifications:
Completed basic training as automotive mechatronics technician for commercial vehicles, construction machinery mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic or comparable qualification
Interest in modern technology such as diesel, BEV, PHEV systems, hydraulics, and vehicle electrics
Enjoyment of demanding special and dual-mode machines
Good knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and electrics is an advantage
Independent, precise, and responsible working style
Team-oriented, reliable, and solution-focused personality
Good technical understanding and enjoyment of varied tasks
Driving licence category B; additional categories are an advantage
