Specialist Leadership Psychiatry (80 – 100%) in Support and Development
Interested in a diverse leadership position with scope for creativity from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement?
This is your task
You support and promote the key workers and teams professionally in fulfilling their mission. In addition, you contribute to the professional development of employees throughout the Support & Development (S&D) area. You accompany residents in close interdisciplinary collaboration with the specialist leadership team consisting of the disciplines Psychiatry, Agogics and Somatics. You maintain the interface with the co-leaders and contribute to a shared value base. You take on the professional leadership of the residents assigned to you in the S&D area in terms of case management. In your leadership role, you are responsible for the professional orientation of psychiatric measures and maintain cooperation with clinics and other institutions. You make an active contribution to the understanding and implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and base your daily actions on it. As a leader, you participate in leadership meetings and management events and ensure transparent, targeted information flow internally and externally.
This is what you bring
You have a HF or FH qualification in the psychiatric field and broad experience in the professional field and leadership. In addition to a structured way of working, you bring experience in case management and keep an overview even with complex issues. The clinical area is not unfamiliar to you and you bring skills in dealing with addiction disorders. You have communication and negotiation skills. You have a sense of humour and the ability to maintain lightness even in demanding situations. You are particularly attracted to and familiar with working with psychiatrically challenging clients.
