For our team in Technical Building Management in Seewen, we are looking for a committed personality with heart, professional competence, and joy in training young people starting July 1, 2026.
You can make a difference
- Training and support of apprentices with learning difficulties and/or challenging behavior (PrA / EBA / EFZ).
- Practical guidance of trainees in everyday work.
- Participation in maintenance and care of properties.
- Exchange with parents, disability insurance, job coaches, other specialist offices, and within the team.
- Writing reports, creating training documentation.
- Providing internal technical instruction.
You bring with you
- Training as a facility maintenance specialist EFZ or janitor*in with federal diploma FA.
- Experience in supporting apprentices.
- Trainer course / basic pedagogical course or willingness to further education.
- Empathetic, resilient, and team-oriented personality.
- Independent, structured way of working.
- Driver's license category B, MS Office skills, confident German language skills.
