Receptionist 100% (temporary until expected June/July 2027)
Your tasks- Responsibility for the entire access control management including access control system, badge management, key administration and parking administration
- Carrying out access and exit controls
- Creation and management of visitor passes as well as registration of craftsmen and external service providers
- Friendly and professional reception of visitors, VIP guests and registered groups
- Support in facility management projects as well as participation in the optimisation of processes and workflows
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or training in the hotel or gastronomy sector with corresponding commercial experience
- German at native level as well as good English skills in speaking (at least level B2)
- Good user knowledge of MS Office programmes
- Experience in direct customer contact as well as pronounced intercultural competence
- High service orientation, communicative appearance and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Well-groomed appearance as well as excellent manners
