Your Tasks
- Comprehensive care and support of residents
- Co-responsibility for a structured and smooth daily care routine
- Support in implementing person-centred care
- Professional recognition and action in complex and changing care situations
- Performing medical-technical and nursing tasks within your competencies
- Close interprofessional collaboration with qualified nursing staff, doctors, and other professionals
- Electronic care documentation and active participation in the further development of care quality
Our Requirements
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
- Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Person-centred and service-oriented working style
- Knowledge of Kinaesthetics, Integrative Validation, or Basal Stimulation is an advantage
- Openness to modern care concepts and willingness to actively support them
- Team-oriented, resilient, and flexible personality
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
