• Recording and maintaining relevant data in the SAP system (e.g. conformity declarations and operating equipment)
• Close and cooperative collaboration with suppliers
• Making procurement decisions for spare parts considering costs, delivery dates, delivery reliability, and quality
• Responsibility for warehouse management in the technical maintenance area (conducting inventories, maintaining stock levels in the ERP system)
• Technical and personnel leadership of employees in the materials management technical area
• Checking and controlling technical invoices
• Active participation in the investment process
• Participation in cross-plant specialist committees and projects in the materials management technical area

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French is an advantage
• Completed technical vocational training, ideally as a logistics specialist or warehouse operative
• Several years of experience in a comparable role
• Confident handling of MS Office applications
• Sound knowledge of SAP, especially in the PP and MM modules
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Neat and professional appearance
• Team spirit and enjoyment in contact with others
• Openness to new things and changes
