Your Tasks
- Accompanying and caring for residents and patients with a focus on palliative care as well as support in basic care and care training
- Co-responsibility for the care process, including care planning, care documentation, and conducting geriatric assessments
- Taking on medical-technical tasks as well as daily responsibility
- Support with admission, discharge, and transfer processes as well as co-designing rehabilitation and gerontopsychiatric care processes
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with nursing, medical service, therapists, and the counselling and social service
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or an equivalent with SRK recognition
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2)
- High social, methodological, and professional competence
- Contemporary IT skills
- Independent and responsible working style
