Customer Service Officer
Tasks
- You enter telephone and written customer orders into the ERP system
- You handle quality complaints, clarify them internally and inform customers about the current delivery status
- You support our demanding customers by telephone or in writing
- You look after webshop customers and advise them on Transgourmet’s self-service options.
- You support internal customers according to the service catalogue and processes.
- You recognise customer needs, record them and forward them
Requirements
- You have completed commercial training, training in customer dialogue or an equivalent qualification
- You have initial professional experience in a comparable role - ideally in the food and/or gastronomy sector
- You are proficient in the use of IT tools as well as digital products and systems (e.g. webshop and apps)
- German is your mother tongue and you have very good Italian and/or French skills (level C1)
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills and write confidently, solution-oriented and error-free
- You have high social competence and work carefully and precisely
- You have healthy assertiveness and strong resilience
- You are flexible. Our availability is Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 17:30 and on Saturday from 07:00 to 12:00.
