Skills
- Completed commercial training with experience in order processing.
- Fluent in German and French, English is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems, preferably Dynamics 365.

Your tasks
- Receipt and processing of written and telephone customer orders (German and French)
- Coordination of urgent shipments with production and logistics
- Management and maintenance of customer data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (FSCM)
- Co-supervision of the electronic order entry system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) / CRM
- Handling customer enquiries, written and by phone, in German and French
- Training of field staff in matters of order processing
- Processing of goods returns and invoice corrections
- Deputising in the training and supervision of apprentices in the department
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training
- Experience in order processing
- Very good German and French skills
- English skills an advantage
- Good user knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good ERP knowledge (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (FSCM)) or affinity for ERP systems
