What is my role?

You are the heart of production and work on high-quality window systems and system components:

• You assemble and process aluminium frames according to sketches and technical plans

• You undertake general metalworking tasks such as sawing, punching, milling, riveting and drilling

• You ensure compliance with quality standards and timely provision

• You carry out incoming and outgoing goods inspections

• You work independently and take genuine responsibility for your area of work

• If suitable, you can gradually take on leadership responsibility for a group of employees

What do I need to be successful?

• Experience in metalworking and thus professional competence

• Physical resilience and enjoyment of manual work

• Precise, independent and efficient way of working

• Quality awareness, flexibility and reliability

• Enjoyment of teamwork and close collaboration

• Flawless German language skills

• Forklift licence and driving licence are an advantage
