What you achieve

Creating subscription contracts and activation documents for new customers
Processing various changes, ownership transfers and cancellations for existing customers and distributing the corresponding documents to the involved parties
Preparing delivery documents and configuration files for the end devices
Invoicing subscription and one-time fees
Providing support and advice for enquiries from customers and sales partners

What you bring

A completed commercial apprenticeship with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience with Abacus is an advantage
Several years of professional experience in a commercial role with direct customer contact – ideally in a technical environment
Very good oral and written language skills in German and French are essential
Quick comprehension of complex contexts
Technical affinity as well as a strong customer and service orientation
High degree of independence, personal responsibility and a team-oriented, positive personality
