Position: Service Technician (w/m/d)

Location: Graubünden, Switzerland

Type of position: Full-time, permanent

To strengthen our field service team, we are looking for a Service Technician (w/m/d) for the Graubünden GR/SG area as soon as possible.

As a Service Technician, you use your technical expertise to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot Arjo products and solutions directly at our customers’ sites in care and healthcare facilities. You support our customers in ensuring the best possible condition of their mobility products and solutions. With your skills, you contribute to promoting mobility for people with mobility impairments and improving the quality of life for residents, patients, and caregivers.

What to expect:

Service calls and handling customer enquiries in your region

Fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance

Conducting technical safety inspections

Assembly, installation, and commissioning of new devices

Management and organisation of spare parts

Site inspections and technical documentation of service calls

Competent support and advice for our customers

What distinguishes you:

Completed technical training (EFZ) or comparable professional experience

Ideally, authorisation for installation work on special systems (Art. 14 NIV)

Good user knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems

French and/or Italian language skills are an advantage

Independent, flexible, and reliable working style

High quality awareness and strong customer orientation

Category B driving licence and willingness to travel
