What is my role?

• Support of the dispatch team in the freight sector

• Planning of routes and coordination of drivers and vehicles

• Ensuring timely delivery of shipments to customers

• Monitoring and control of all ongoing transports

• Contact person for drivers in case of questions or problems on the road

• Communication with customers regarding appointment arrangements

• Documentation of transports

• Close cooperation with the main dispatch

What do I need to be successful?

• Experience in dispatch, ideally in the freight sector

• Organisational talent and the ability to keep an overview even in stressful situations

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in contact with drivers and customers

• Confident handling of dispatch software and MS Office

• Team spirit and an independent working style

• Good German language skills, both spoken and written

• Willingness to work shifts and flexible working hours
