External Decoration Service Manager
Mission
- Plan and organise weekly rounds related to the installation of decoration and POS advertising in points of sale
- Coordinate and ensure follow-up of various decoration mandates and tasks
- Follow up on opening, transformation or maintenance work of points of sale
- Work closely with various managers to ensure effective project execution
- Ensure consistent application of Corporate Branding across all points of sale
- Supervise, motivate and support a team of 6 employees
- Handle and follow up on invoices related to these tasks
- Substitute for the decoration manager and colleagues during their absences
- Be proactive in developing new concepts and continuously improving processes
- Occasionally support the shipping sector as well as the preparation of decoration materials in the workshop
Required Skills
- Federal VET Diploma as 3D Polydesigner or equivalent training
- Several years of proven experience in decoration, visual merchandising or a similar role
- Good experience in planning rounds and organising field interventions
- Significant experience in team management
- Excellent manual skills for assembly, fixing and on-site installation
- Attention to detail, aesthetics and neat workmanship
- Organised, autonomous, reliable person with a strong team spirit
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Good command of MS Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Driving licence essential
- Basic knowledge of German is an advantage
