Job Description

Implementation of the Agentic Framework (Hands-on)

• Design, code and configure specialised AI agents involved at each stage of the SDLC (application mapping, specification, code generation, test automation, documentation).
• Develop reusable skills, commands and context directories to support the agents’ work.
• Implement multi-agent orchestration mechanisms, handoffs and human-in-the-loop validation loops.

Integration & Technical Foundation

• Ensure the integration of agents within CI/CD pipelines, development environments (IDEs) and code management tools.
• Participate in optimising context management (Context Engineering) and controlling token consumption (TokenOps).
• Guarantee the quality, security and traceability of deliverables produced or assisted by AI.

Operational Deployment & Team Support

• Develop POCs, demonstrators and reusable templates for developers.
• Support pilot teams in the operational adoption of the framework and gather field feedback to refine the agents.

Qualifications

Background & Experience

• 5 to 10 years of overall experience in software development and engineering (Senior/Staff Developer, Software Engineer, Tech Lead).
• Hands-on experience in developing and implementing agentic frameworks applied to software engineering.

Key Technical Skills

• Mastery of software development, architecture, clean code, DevOps practices, CI/CD and automated testing.
• Proven experience with LLMs, autonomous/multi-agent development frameworks (agents, skills, tools, prompts), RAG techniques and Context Engineering.
• Proficiency with modern AI code extensions and assistants (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Cline, Windsurf, etc.).
• Fluent in French & English.

Soft Skills

• Ability to support the deployment of technical and methodological assets on the ground with development teams.
• Strong capacity for assimilation, pragmatism and responsiveness to translate use cases into operational agents.
• Ability to collaborate within a hybrid team (consultants, architects, developers) and support peer skill development.
