Senior Consultant in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF170,000 - 210,000Role:
In this role, you will take on the responsibility as senior consultant for professional treatment concepts in general medicine and actively shape their further development. You will work in a dynamic, collegial environment with short decision-making paths and benefit from a modern, interprofessional leadership structure. Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will take on the operational, professional, and organisational leadership of your department.
- You will examine and treat patients in the field of general medicine.
- As senior consultant, you will support assistant doctors through training and supervision.
- In this role, you will be involved in student teaching and pass on your knowledge in a structured manner.
- You will play a significant role in the further development of the department concept and in projects.
- As senior consultant, you will reliably participate in on-call duties.
Qualifications:
- Completed specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy
- Recognised Swiss medical diploma or valid MEBEKO recognition for foreign diplomas
- Ideally, initial experience in a leadership role
- Strong team skills and high service orientation
- Resilient, reflective personality with high social competence and committed working style
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form at C1 level
