Apprenticeship as Specialist in Facility Maintenance EFZ - Focus on Building Services from 1 August 2027
TasksDuring the 3-year training to become a Specialist in Facility Maintenance EFZ, you will gain diverse and exciting insights into different work areas. For example, you will learn how to properly maintain, repair, and care for buildings and systems. You will support the team in carrying out maintenance and repair work, assist in the upkeep of green spaces, and ensure cleanliness and safety in various facilities. Furthermore, you will develop important skills such as teamwork, communication, and a sense of responsibility.

- General building services
- Assistance with minor relocations
- Troubleshooting technical systems
- Support with maintenance and repairs of technical systems
- Completion of small tasks (minor repairs, assembly work)
- Maintenance work in the infrastructure area (green and site care, waste disposal, cleaning, and inspections)
- Material procurement and site inspections
Requirements
- Good school grades
- A flair for technology
- Manual dexterity
- Physical resilience
- Basic MS Office skills are an advantage
- Good manners and a neat appearance
- Reliable, team-oriented, and responsible personality
- Good German spoken and written
