We are looking for a colleague for our FNAC Montreux store in our Technical Products/Customer Service department on a fixed-term contract at 40%. Position available from 1st to 31st December 2026.
Your Duties
• You are responsible for informing customers to ensure them a quality service
• You handle product checkouts
• You promote Fnac services and the Fnac card to foster customer loyalty
• Work in the fields of Technical Products: microphones, office equipment, image, sound, telephony
• Ensure merchandising compliance and maintain the quality of your department
• Participate in stock management and the assortment offered to our customers
