What is my role?

You are the face of our customer advisory service and develop customised pension and insurance solutions that truly fit your customers' life circumstances. You analyse needs, identify coverage gaps, and accompany people on their path to financial security. In doing so, you build long-term trust relationships and remain the competent contact person for all questions regarding pension and insurance even after the contract is concluded.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as an insurance specialist (VBV) or merchant for insurance and finance

• Initial experience in customer consulting in the insurance or financial sector is an advantage

• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex matters clearly

• Empathy and genuine interest in the individual needs of your customers

• Independent and responsible way of working

• Sales affinity and enjoyment in building long-term customer relationships

• Affinity for digital tools and modern consulting methods

• Team spirit and willingness for continuous further training
