Junior Event Management Catering & Events Operational (a)
80% - 100% Lucerne
- You will be operationally at the forefront of a wide variety of caterings and events – from the Tour de Suisse to Energy Air to events with up to 1,000 guests at the Spinnerei or exclusive VIP events in the lounge of the Pilatus Arena.
- You will prepare events together with our project and event managers and ensure on site that planning becomes reality.
- You will coordinate and assist with setup and teardown.
- You will support us in the operational execution of our events.
- You will lead and coordinate the event team on site and ensure a smooth process.
- You will be the contact person for customers, partners and suppliers during the event.
- You will learn our processes from the ground up and gradually take on your own events and more responsibility.
- You bring initial experience from the gastronomy sector.
- You want to establish yourself in the event and catering industry and develop further.
- You enjoy working at large events.
- You are an organisational talent and enjoy working in a team.
- You have no problem with weekend and evening shifts.
- You hold a category B driving licence.
