Skilled Worker Road Maintenance
We build and maintain the roads so that they are intact tomorrow! The Maintenance District 4 in Affoltern am Albis with its 20 employees is responsible for the maintenance of state roads, hiking trails, green spaces, road drainage and winter services. We are looking for you to strengthen our two maintenance teams.
Your tasks
- You ensure with your commitment that our state roads and hiking trails are functional and safe, from green maintenance to signage and marking to cleaning
- You carry out minor structural repairs and maintenance work
- You work with various vehicles, equipment and modern machines
- You assist in winter services and ensure safe roads and paths even in snow and ice
- You provide on-call service and are deployed outside regular working hours if necessary
Your profile
- You have training as a skilled person in operational maintenance EFZ or a comparable manual training
- You enjoy being outdoors and are ready to pitch in – in all weather conditions
- You work flexibly and reliably. Night or weekend shifts are also manageable for you
- You hold a driving licence category C/CE or are willing to obtain one
- You can reach the workshop Affoltern am Albis within 30 minutes
