For our client, an internationally active company in special machine construction, we are looking for an experienced individual as a System Technician Automation (PLC Programmer). In this demanding role, you will develop modern automation solutions for customised machines and accompany projects from software development to successful commissioning. You will work closely with engineering, project management, production, and service, making a significant contribution to the continuous development of innovative machine concepts.
- Implementation of customer-specific control functions with structured software solutions
- Parameterisation and configuration of drive technology, safety components, industrial PCs, visualisation systems, and other automation components
- Conducting software tests as well as internal commissioning of systems up to production release
- Support during occasional commissioning and technical deployments at the customer site
- Creation, maintenance, and further development of software documentation as well as ensuring sustainable knowledge retention
- Collaboration in the further development of standardised software modules and automation platforms
- Technical support for project management, production, and service organisation regarding hardware and software issues
- Further education at HF or FH level with a focus on automation, electrical engineering, or system technology
- Professional experience in PLC programming in machine or plant engineering
- Knowledge in programming PLC controls (Siemens S7, TIA Portal, Beckhoff, etc.)
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Team-oriented personality with enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration
- Fluent German skills, as well as English skills

Profile
