What you will do
- You carry out versatile carpentry work – from classic handcraft to modern production
- You operate, program, and maintain our stationary and CNC machines (Homag BMG 511)
- You professionally manufacture individual doors with great attention to detail – take a look at our own product line glb-line.ch
- You are familiar with formats, frames, fittings, and installation situations
- You consider requirements such as soundproofing, fire protection, and burglary protection
- You take over quality and final inspections and ensure that only flawless products leave our workshop
What you bring
- Completed training as a carpenter/joiner EFZ, ideally specialising in construction/windows
- Experience in door production, ideally in operating stationary and CNC machines is an advantage – but not a must
- Further training? Great. Willingness to learn? Even more important.
- Independent, reliable, and hands-on working style
- Team spirit and joy in working together
- Driving licence category B
