These are your tasks

Advising our internal & external guests as well as patients
Communication with referring doctors, social services, insurers as well as patients or their relatives
Patient administration, management & planning of room capacities in the clinic & spa area
Appointment scheduling & consultation organisation

Enjoyment in working with people and a strong service orientation
Team-oriented and communicative personality
Willingness to work weekend shifts and flexible deployment for holiday cover
