Maintenance Person / Janitorial Services 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You are a true all-rounder around the building and support the team in various areas of cleaning and janitorial services. Currently, the focus is especially on window and façade cleaning - this is peak season and your support is urgently needed.

Your tasks:

• Window and façade cleaning (main focus currently)

• General cleaning and janitorial duties

• Assistance with property maintenance

• Minor repairs and upkeep work

• Care and inspection of outdoor areas

• Winter service (snow clearance) depending on the season

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00-16:30, occasionally also Saturdays

What do I need to be successful?

• Driving licence category B (mandatory, manual transmission)

• Ideally residence in the Rapperswil-Jona region

• Experience in cleaning and/or janitorial services is an advantage

• Willingness to actively participate in window cleaning

• Reliable and independent working style

• Manual skills and enjoyment of practical work

• Weatherproof and physically resilient
