Do you enjoy organising, think digitally and keep an overview even with many threads? Then you are right with us.
The Universities of Applied Sciences for Technology and Environment (HTU) as well as Computer Science (HSI) of FHNW offer attractive further education programmes at CAS, DAS and MAS levels. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an initiative, organised and tech-savvy personality who administratively supports our further education offerings and actively helps shape digital processes.
Your tasks:
- Organisation and administration of further education programmes and courses
- Advising and supporting interested parties, participants and lecturers
- Collaborating on the digitalisation and optimisation of processes
- Working with Evento as well as supporting Moodle and Teams environments
- Creating certificates, grade sheets and invoices
- Organising events, rooms and catering
- Supporting marketing, communication and alumni activities
What you bring:
- Commercial or comparable training
- A qualification in further education, a higher technical school or higher vocational training in the field of digitalisation
- Enjoyment of digital tools, systems and efficient processes
- Interest in quickly understanding and helping to shape new applications
- Experience in administration, education or further education is an advantage
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
- Confident German as well as good MS Office skills
- High service orientation, team spirit and organisational talent
