Your tasks
- Architecture mastermind: Mastering the technical design within the Salesforce platform as well as in multi-layered integrations, contract lifecycle management, subscription management and billing logic
- Stakeholder collaboration: Translating complex business requirements from finance, operations and product teams into solid solutions
- Engineering standards: Promoting CI/CD pipelines (Gearset / Git), deployment standards and resolving merge conflicts with ease
- Innovation: Driving the introduction of Data Cloud and Agentforce features as part of the further development of our platform strategy
- Technical excellence: Point of contact for technical escalations in the Salesforce & MobiSys team
Your profile
- Salesforce architecture depth: Proven experience in enterprise-level architecture in data modelling, least-privilege permission principles, integration patterns and governor limits
- Salesforce data scaling: Proven experience handling large data volumes (LDV), developing idempotent integration patterns and performing complex ETL data migrations for financial or billing systems
- Compliance & governance: Experience architecting solutions that meet financial compliance (SOX), data protection (GDPR) and stringent security audits
- Programming skills: Deep understanding of advanced Apex design patterns, asynchronous processing and custom framework development
- Core platform: Solid hands-on knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Deployment & tooling: Gearset or comparable Git-based tools, Git branching strategies, VS Code with SFDX / Apex / LWC
- Data Cloud & Agentforce: Required architecture and implementation experience in both areas
- Migration experience: Experience with platform migrations, ideally in billing, subscriptions or business logic
- CPQ / Billing & Revenue Cloud: Experience with contract, subscription or billing processes is a clear advantage
- Certifications: Salesforce Application/System Architect certification required; CTA (Certified Technical Architect) is a distinct plus
- Language: Fluent German and English skills are a prerequisite
