Team Leader Software Engineering - Digital Processes 80-100%

You combine technical know-how with leadership and create an environment where teams take responsibility, grow together, and develop sustainable software solutions. At Visana, you not only help shape architecture and processes but also actively influence collaboration within the team.

Your tasks

• You lead a cross-functional software development team technically, personally, and organisationally.
• You work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Scrum Masters, and specialist departments.
• You actively shape the technical direction, architecture, and refactoring measures.
• You promote high code quality, clean code principles, as well as modern DevOps and CI/CD processes.
• You support your team through mentoring, feedback, and individual development.
• You ensure stable deployment and operational processes as well as transparent team management.

Your profile

• You bring several years of experience in software development and ideally in leading development teams.
• You have a solid understanding of software architecture, clean code, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• You enjoy supporting people and shaping an open team culture.
• Agile mindset and experience working with Scrum teams.
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style characterises you.
• Very good communication skills and confident appearance in exchange with various stakeholders.
• You value personal exchange within the team and are willing to work regularly at least 2 days a week in our office in Bern.
