What is my role?

• Maintenance of the property

• Ensuring order and cleanliness throughout the company premises

• Assistance with internal maintenance work

• Organisation and coordination of waste disposal

• Periodic inspection and partial maintenance of building technology

• Organisation, coordination and supervision of external service technicians

• Organisation of fleet maintenance for pool vehicles

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training as a caretaker or basic technical/craft training

• At least 5 years of professional experience

• Service-oriented personality with organisational talent

• Flexibility and willingness for special assignments

• Very good German language skills, spoken and written

• Confident use of Microsoft Office

• Driving licence category B mandatory, forklift licence advantageous
