Your area of responsibility
- You handle all business transactions and process inquiries related to old-age and survivor pensions of the 2nd pillar as well as portability policies, including, among other things, benefit offers and settlements in the event of retirements and deaths, changes of address and payment data, buybacks, divorces, and advance withdrawals for home ownership.
- You provide information to former insured persons on topics such as exits, advance withdrawals for home ownership, divorces, and other concerns, both by phone and in writing.
- Various project work within the department, for example in connection with new services, is also part of your responsibilities.
Your strengths
- You have a commercial basic education or an equivalent qualification and bring professional experience in a similar position; ideally, you already have knowledge in the area of the 2nd pillar or in the insurance industry.
- Your native language is German, and you also have very good English skills as well as knowledge of a second national language.
- You are proficient in MS Office programs and are characterized by a high level of customer and service orientation.
- You enjoy telephone customer contacts, appreciate varied tasks, and are interested in diverse project topics.
- An efficient, precise working style and a quick grasp of concepts complete your profile.
