In nine municipalities in the Leimental region, we offer inpatient and outpatient nursing and care services. This offering is complemented by the possibility of day and night care stays at the senior day and night centre. The Blumenrain Foundation is shaped by around 300 employees who act independently in the interest of the community. Nursing Assistant (100%)

Your tasks with us:

• Co-responsibility for ensuring professional and needs-based basic care of the residents
• Co-responsibility for accompanying and supporting the residents and their relatives
• Assistance in promoting and maintaining the greatest possible independence and quality of life
• Co-responsibility for good collaboration

Our expectations of you:

• Completed training as Health and Social Assistant or Red Cross course
  
• Professional experience in nursing
• Good written and spoken German skills
• Ability to communicate, empathy and enjoyment in working with elderly people
• Willingness to work irregular hours
• Team spirit and flexibility
• IT skills
