WEB EXPERIENCE / E-COMMERCE PROJECT LEADER 100%
Job description
This role will lead end-to-end projects that enhance user experience, optimize performance, and ensure seamless integration across systems and channels. The ideal candidate combines strong project leadership with a deep understanding of digital commerce platforms, particularly Salesforce Commerce Cloud and a passion for delivering customer-centric online experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end eCommerce and web experience projects, guiding them from conception through execution to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- User Experience Optimization: Work collaboratively with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketers to deliver intuitive, engaging, and conversion-focused digital experiences.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a liaison among business units, IT, design teams, and external partners to ensure technical capabilities align with commercial aims.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and customer insights to guide improvements in design and functionality, including A/B testing and personalization strategies.
- Technical Coordination: Coordinate with development teams to integrate systems, resolve technical issues, and maintain platform stability and performance.
Profile
- Demonstrated experience leading digital/eCommerce initiatives, ideally within retail or consumer brand sectors.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies, UX principles, and digital commerce ecosystems.
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar enterprise-level eCommerce platforms.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Jira, and CMS platforms.
- Understanding of SEO, CRO, and digital marketing principles.
- Familiarity with omnichannel commerce and mobile-first strategy approaches.
Professional requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, reporting tools, and cross-functional collaboration, with a passion for driving data-informed decisions in a fast-paced digital environment.
Languages
In addition, you are fluent in English, additional language is an advantage.
