Polymechanic for Laser Processing and 3D Programming
Tasks
- Independently set up and operate 2D and 3D laser systems
- Create programmes in FASTSUITE, TruTops and on the marking laser
- Manufacture and inspect workpieces made of nickel- and cobalt-based alloys
- Perform standard maintenance on systems including NADCAP-certified machines
- Develop setup documents for new products
Requirements
- Technical basic training, for example as a polymechanic
- Experience in 3D programming is required
- Experience in laser processing would be desirable
- Knowledge of Siemens, ABB, PowerMark (Minelli) and S94P controls
- Very good oral and written German skills as well as basic English
