How will you contribute and grow?
Team leadership: As the direct supervisor of a team of about 10 back office clerks, you are responsible for various tasks: organizing work schedules, ensuring customer service quality, assigning tasks within the team, onboarding new employees, and monitoring team performance.

Solving complex problems: You independently handle customer inquiries (by phone and in writing), complaints, and difficult situations, find efficient solutions, and act as the main point of contact.
Strategic collaboration: You work closely with sales teams and other departments to ensure smooth coordination and clear information flow, and also support your team colleagues.
