Your tasks
Hiring, leading and further developing your employees, including regularly conducting individual training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge and process know-how
Initiating and implementing measures to increase sales as well as ensuring a seamless omnichannel customer experience
Responsibility for the sales-promoting and appealing presentation of goods while adhering to merchandising standards
Ensuring smooth processes regarding inventory management and presentation in the shop, as well as careful handling of goods and conducting the annual stocktaking
Organising and handling administrative tasks such as task distribution within the team, cash register management, processing of incoming work orders and timely submission of reports
Ensuring safety and compliance standards, including theft prevention, and adherence to applicable working time laws
Coordinating maintenance work and ensuring a functional and appealing working environment in coordination with the Regional Manager
Our requirements
Completed commercial training and/or equivalent experience in sales
Several years of experience in selling streetwear, shoes, sports articles or accessories
Several years of experience in leading and developing teams
Training certificate advantageous
Confident handling of MS Office and Excel
Very good knowledge of the respective national language as well as English, both spoken and written, is required
Enjoyment of teamwork and a high level of communication and conflict resolution skills
Very good planning and organisational skills
Strong sense of personal responsibility and solution-oriented working style
High level of self-motivation, resilience, flexibility and reliability
