The following tasks await you:
- Ensuring high patient, guest and employee satisfaction
- Leadership and development of the 10-member hospitality team including staff development and planning
- Administrative tasks such as ordering, controlling and personnel planning while adhering to the budget
- Responsible for providing all services in the hospitality area including management and maintenance of rooms and furniture in compliance with applicable safety and hygiene regulations
- General coordination of the interface to the hospitality department of Zofingen Hospital
- Support with patient admissions and discharges as needed
- Participation in the daily operations of the specialist area (approx. 50%)
- Participation in construction and infrastructure projects as well as other specialist projects and committees
You convince us with this profile:
- Completed training as a hotel specialist EFZ or housekeeper EFZ
- Further training at the specialist certificate level or higher professional training and proven leadership experience in the specialist area
- Fluent (Swiss) German skills, spoken and written
- Very independent and reliable working style with a service-oriented host mentality
- Friendly, competent appearance and enjoyment in contact with people
- Confident basic computer skills (MS Office, industry-specific applications)
- Willingness to work irregular days (Mon - Sun) and partly shortened shifts (e.g. evening shift) or shifts with room hours
