The HR Operations & Services team, as the backbone of HR, is responsible for ensuring that employees have a seamless experience from the first contact and throughout their career at Vontobel, aligning with our culture and values. The team provides HR support services and uses innovative solutions to make HR processes easily accessible, user-friendly and transparent.In this role, you will support the Vontobel day-to-day business across all business divisions, often being the very first touch point for employees’ requests, in Switzerland and other various international locations.
