Description

We are looking for our "CVS-MCR Works Management" division in Lausanne and/or Fribourg, particularly for a project in Bulle:

CVS-MCR Project Manager (M/F)

Your profile:

• Engineering training in the building sector or building technology training, preferably complemented by higher education (HES/ES Engineer, federal certificate/diploma or equivalent training)
• At least 8 years of experience in the construction field, including at least 5 years in project management of CVS-MCR lots, preferably in general/total contracting or Works Management
• Experience in all trades is a plus
• Interest in complex and/or large-scale CVS-MCR projects (Industrial, etc.)
• Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel, ideally MS Project)
• Strong organisational, planning and anticipation skills
• Good communication skills, collaborative spirit and mutual support
• Adaptability, flexible, autonomous and solution-oriented
• Holder of a driving licence and mobile (presence on site as needed)
• BIM knowledge is an asset

Your role:

Depending on the projects: Either a project management role:

• Monitoring and managing the project through the various SIA phases
• Planning studies and deliverables
• Tracking and monitoring progress
• Coordination between the different CVS-MCR lots
• Liaison between study teams and works teams
• Integration and anticipation of work needs in the studies

Or an execution management role (Works Management):

• Responsible for quality, costs, deadlines and safety
• Team manager role: managing and supporting a team of CVS-MCR site managers through the different project phases (execution preparation, execution monitoring, commissioning, client acceptance, authority acceptance, etc.)
• Proactive in proposing and implementing operational processes on a large project (reporting, organisational evolution according to project needs, etc.)
• Managing relationships with architectural Works Management, contractors, and the client
• Periodic reporting to management (financial, scheduling, quality, etc.)
