What is my role?

• You manufacture, assemble and finalise injection moulding tools according to technical drawings - precision is your craft

• You process tool components with conventional and CNC-controlled machines with pinpoint accuracy

• You check the functionality and quality of your manufactured tools - nothing escapes your trained eye

• You implement conversions, repairs and adjustments customer-specifically and solution-oriented

• As a tool detective, you detect faults and fix malfunctions in injection moulding tools

• Through maintenance and servicing, you keep the tools production-ready - downtime is not an option

• With preventive maintenance measures and inspections, you are always one step ahead of problems

• You document your work conscientiously and create meaningful test protocols

• You bring existing tools to the next level - more quality, more efficiency

• In close exchange with design, work preparation and production, you actively contribute

• Safety and quality are not obligations for you, but natural standards

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a toolmaker, polymechanic or comparable qualification

• Several years of experience in toolmaking, ideally with injection moulding tools

• Confident handling of conventional and CNC machines as well as technical drawings

• Experience in assembly, maintenance and repair of precision tools

• Technical understanding and manual dexterity for precise fine work

• Independent, precise working method with a strong quality awareness

• Analytical thinking for systematic fault finding and clever problem solving

• Team player with communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration

• Flexibility and self-motivation - even when it gets demanding

• Reliability in documentation and protocol keeping

• Willingness to learn new technologies and further development

• Good German skills for professional communication

• Quality- and safety-oriented thinking as a matter of course
