• You lead the nursing and care department and are responsible for the further development of this area
• You are a responsible leader and can motivate your team and support them with daily challenges
• You are not afraid to actively assist in nursing and to step in during short-term staff shortages
• Thanks to your organizational talent, you maintain a clean planning of the residents and have close contact with the relatives

• You have a qualification as a certified nurse HF/FH or an equivalent SRK recognition
• You have proven leadership experience and have further trained in this area
• You are a resilient leader and think entrepreneurially
• You have excellent communication skills and are an organizational talent
