We are looking for a
Chef de Partie Catering 60% - 80% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- Your shift: Tuesday - Thursday, with the option for an additional day depending on events
- You prepare tasty dishes with passion and high quality awareness
- You actively contribute your creative ideas in the planning and development of new, trendy dishes for the catering brochure to continuously delight our guests
- You competently address the concerns of our guests and actively participate in the daily business
- You participate in product presentation, offer planning as well as calculation and take co-responsibility for ordering
- Together with your team, you assist with inventory, goods receipt control, and checking delivery notes
- You also support each other with general tidying and cleaning tasks – teamwork is a matter of course with us
Your profile
- You have completed professional training as a Cook EFZ, EBA Kitchen or a comparable gastronomic qualification
- You bring initial professional experience, have gathered 2-4 years of experience, or have at least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in communal catering
- You already have experience in patisserie and also greatly enjoy this position
- Your passion for culinary arts, combined with a high quality standard, makes you an important part of our team
- You are a team-oriented personality with high social competence, actively seeking solutions, taking responsibility, and keeping an overview even in hectic moments
- You speak English & German and enjoy interacting with guests
