Maintenance Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Maintenance and servicing work on the properties
• Minor repairs and upkeep work
• Care and maintenance of the gardens
• Cleaning of buildings and operational areas
• Monitoring of technical systems

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Maintenance Specialist EFZ and versatile experience in house and workshop service
• Technical understanding as well as practical and networked thinking
• Enjoyment of contact and working with people
• Team spirit and high commitment
• Driving licence category B advantageous
• Manual dexterity
