To complement our management team in the Quality & Service area, we are looking for a

Activities

• Setting up workplaces in the production and inspection area
• Ensuring quality requirements in the measurement area and production
• Organizing and supervising the workflows of employees and trainees
• Participating in the ongoing optimization of processes
• Writing reports and documentation
• Administrative tasks within the area of responsibility
• Conducting training in the quality area as well as in 2D + 3D measurement technology

Requirements

• Basic vocational training with EFZ, quality controller or similar profession
• Experience in managing production departments
• Good MS Office skills
• Social competence and commitment
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Structured, independent and reliable working style
• Flexible, resilient and team-oriented personality
• Pedagogical training is an advantage or willingness to complete training
